The topic of this article is about social media and bullying. The writers propose is to tell the readers about what is cyber bullying, how some people are using social media sites to bully and talking about how some people are using the classes they are taking to learn how to bullying. The writer claims that cyber bulling cases are increasing in Japan, normally in higher grades that use social media. The effects of cyber bulling are serious and can go on for a long time because once it’s on social media sites its permanent. Teachers are doing lectures about cyber bullying but they are really just teaching the children how to cyber bully and how to get away with it by mistake.
